Our Connection to CGCC
Chandler Early College is a part of a partnership between Chandler-Gilbert Community College and Chandler Unified School District. Our students are expected to support that relationship by their successful path to High School graduation and to consider concurrent enrollment opportunities to increase the chance of post-secondary attendance and completion.
As part of the college campus, students who are enrolled in CGCC classes may use the cafeteria, library, and other educational facilities. The utmost respect of the college campus is expected at all times and we encourage our students to experience the campus activity.
In regards to daily interactions and activities on campus, students must follow the regulations of both the Community College and Chandler Unified School District. Chandler Early College has high expectations of its students and respect for the relationship that has been created between CUSD and CGCC.
EVIT
Career training for East Valley high school students and Phoenix area adults
The East Valley Institute of Technology is one of the best resources Arizona's students have to guarantee themselves success. Upheld as a model for career and technical education by the U.S. Department of Education, EVIT provides students with the advanced skills and training needed to thrive in today's competitive job market. Students receive academic instruction with hands-on learning from experienced professionals.

Nearly 9 out of 10 business partners say EVIT training meets industry standards.EVIT programs are tuition-free to high school students who live in 11 East Valley school districts, including Chandler Unified School District. These students spend half their day at EVIT for career training and the other half at CEC.
