What is Concurrent Enrollment?

JAV Building Location

Much like dual credit, concurrent enrollment allows students to take college and high school classes at the same time or concurrently.

Dual Credit is when a student takes a class at the traditional high school and receives college credit for those classes.

Concurrent Credit is applied for CEC students who take college classes at Chandler-Gilbert Community College. At the completion of a college course semester, a student can receive high school credit and college credit for a respective course.
